About Palmetto Clean Fuels
Our Mission
Palmetto Clean Fuels (PCF) is a statewide Clean Cities Coalition in Columbia, South Carolina. PCF is housed within the South Carolina Energy Office (SCEO) and works as a fuel and brand agnostic resource to stakeholders since 2004.
Palmetto Clean Fuels works with fleets, municipalities and local governments, non-profit organizations, private entities, and South Carolina communities. We provide outreach, training, and matchmaking opportunities to South Carolina energy initiatives and collaborative efforts.
